Should you experience issues with your Community Phone, such as poor call quality, lack of a dial tone, static on the line, or challenges in making or receiving calls (e.g., getting a busy signal, calls diverting straight to voicemail, or absence of ringing), please proceed with the steps provided below in the sequence they are presented.

1. Power Cycling Your Device
Power Cycling Your DeviceEnsure all indicator lights on the base unit display a green color, signifying proper function. To refresh your landline’s connection, power cycle the base unit by turning it off and then back on using the power switch.
