When was Community Phone founded?
Founded in 2018 by James Graham, the company is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, and has grown to a team of approximately 70 employees.
Why was the company started?
While assisting his grandmother in buying a phone plan, James observed that she was being taken advantage of by major phone companies. This realization led him to establish Community Phone, aiming to offer straightforward, customer-focused phone services without hidden fees or complex contracts. ​
