Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I port my landline number

You've had that old home phone number for years. Over those years you've used it as a contact for countless services and businesses, schools and organizations. Now you're ready to switch your provider. What happens when you cancel that service and lose your number? Those calls, texts and personal contacts continue to reach that old phone number. And when that number is reissued, a new phone subscriber now has easy access that personal information. Parking, Transferring or Forwarding the number ensures you keep the number, even when you cancel your old service.

How does this work?

We port your number from your previous provider, then we park, transfer or forward calls from that number to a new or existing cell phone.

How much does it cost?

Your first three months are just $1. After that our plans are:

- $2/month for Number Parking

- $9/month for Number/Call Forwarding,

-$18/month for Transferring to a Cell Phone

Our plans are no contract, no extra fees, and backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can switch to a new service at anytime for no charge.

Can I speak with someone if I have questions?

Of course! We offer both over the phone and email support serviced by our friendly USA-based team. We are open 10am-7pm EST Monday-Saturday.
