Your Account and PIN number can be accessed by calling your current provider. You do not need to provide this information now, but in most cases we will need it.

 

Step 3: Contact Information

Please note billing will only begin once your number is successfully transferred or forwarded, and your old landline service is canceled.. You can cancel with us anytime by emailing help@communityphone.org or calling 1-888-582-4177.

What You Need To Know

  • It takes 3-5 days to complete the transfer process.
  • Do Not Cancel Your Landline Service. We do that automatically once your number is ported.

  • Your landline number must be ACTIVE.
  • All plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime. Billing begins after your transfer is successful.
